TotalEnergies

As a UX Specialist on a mission at Total Energies, I was involved in a wide range of projects to improve the Customer Zone on the desktop and mobile app. I was also asked to create designs for emailing campaign as a back up.

PROXIMUS

UX Researcher & Designer

In this project, I refined Proximus' website regarding cancellation subscription in case of decease by perfecting wireframes, developing user personas, creating user flows, restructuring information architecture, conducting a usability audit, and designing a responsive layout for both desktop and mobile devices.

Previous Projects

EU Institutions

As a UX Researcher, I conducted comprehensive audit of EURES platform (from the EU commission), pinpointing usability issues and proposing actionable improvements. Collaborating cross-functionally, I guided the implementation of user-centric solutions, leading to measurable enhancements in usability and overall user satisfaction.

Digital Banking Maturity

This project lead to assess the digital banking maturity worldwide. I was in charge of evaluating a Belgian bank : assessing user experiences and interface functionalities. I identified key usability gaps and formulated targeted recommendations, contributing to enhance and improve user satisfaction and usability.

This project lead to assess the digital insurance maturity in Belgium. I was in charge of analyzing user interactions and interface functionalities. I pinpointed essential usability gaps, and provided recommendations for notable enhancements in user satisfaction and overall usability.

Health Private Clinic

UX Researcher & Designer

The mission was to provide a custom phygital user experience and enabling the patients to check-in and alleviate the front desk's workload. I played a crucial role in delivering the MVP for the new polyclinic's launch : creating personas, user flows, customer journey maps ; conducting usability testing ; delivering wireframes, stakeholder management.

Brussels Region

UX/UI Designer

I led the UX/UI design for an MVP dashboard aimed at monitoring a novel self-service kiosk in the Brussels Region. Every reception agent had a personalized tablet account within the app, facilitating tracking of kiosk statuses – whether available, occupied, out-of-service, or requiring special assistance.

SquareHub stands as Belgium's pioneering specialized recruitment platform for architects and engineers. The mission was to create a better experience while landing to the homepage. My role was to provide a UX audit and UI suggestions.

Yoopick stands as Belgium's first second-hand product comparator, revolutionizing user searches across various platforms.The primary goal was to enhance app navigation, aiming for an improved user experience and increased conversion rates while the user landed on the product page for comparing the products.
